Characteristic: Wine bronze color with an amber hue. Complex aroma of wine is made up of shades of red apples, cherry jam, plum, sour cherry, caramel, black olives, minerals and haze. Astringency and sweetness harmoniously woven into a bright and powerful taste of the wine, which discern notes of raisins, cherry liqueur, flowers, prunes, dried apples and minerals. In a little astringent aftertaste remains long nuances of wood and grape seed.
Food Pairing: Wine is combined with blue fragrant cheeses, pastries, cakes and other sweet desserts.
Serving temperature: Carefully pour at room temperature.
