Grape varieties: 76% Albariño, 11% Loureiro, 5% Treixadura, 4% Godello, 4% Caiño Blanco.
Characteristic: Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose it is intense, fresh and complex, combining notes of fruit (apple, pear, apricot) with touches of aromatic herbs and minerals. In the mouth it is complex, appealing from the start, with body and predominant citrus notes. The combination of the five native varietals makes it extraordinarily complex. It will evolve very well in bottle over the next few months.
Food Pairing: Seafood and fish in general, as well as rice dishes, paté and white meats. Perfect as an aperitif. Serve between 10º and 11ºC.
