Characteristic: Delicate, soft pressing of the whole bunch for most of the production, the rest with gentle destemming by oscillation. Thereafter, a strict protocol of vinification: racking for natural sedimentation, slow, temperature-controlled fermentation (14°/18°); fining for 5 months on fine lees. Light colour, glittering straw-yellow. Nose Exotic sweet, citrus notes appear, with fine, elegant minerality. Palate diffuse, expressive subtlety, the characteristically authoritative breadth on the palate emerges, warm and persistent.
 
Food Pairing: All freshwater and marine fish-based dishes, soups, savoury first courses with pasta or rice, white meats with gravies.
 
Alcohol: 12,5%.

Characteristic: Delicate, soft pressing of the whole bunch for most of the production, the rest with gentle destemming by oscillation. Thereafter, a strict protocol of vinification: racking for natural sedimentation, slow, temperature-controlled fermentation (14°/18°); fining for 6/8 months on fine lees. Colour warm, golden, intense straw-yellow. Nose enveloping, immediate exotic hints, pineapple and grapefruit. The development is very pleasurable, with remarkable mineral sensations. This is a wine of remarkable subtlety which does not renounce character. Richness, continuity and equilibrium fully satisfy the expectations of the taste buds. A persistent wine with good minerality and satisfying flesh.
 
Food Pairing: Marine and freshwater fish emphasise the features of the wine. It goes very well with first courses of pasta or rice, it also provides pleasurable sensations when consumed with strongly flavoured, seasoned cheeses.

Characteristic:Delicate, soft pressing of the whole bunch for most of the production, the rest with gentle destemming by oscillation. Thereafter, a strict protocol of vinification: partial malolactic fermentation, fining for 16 months on the yeast and fine lees, which mostly takes place in steel and the rest of the time in wooden tonneaux and barriques. Сolour golden, clear, intense. Nose immediately opens with fruity notes that are enchanting, penetrating and complex. Characterised by hints of citrus fruits, flowers and fine mineral and elegant notes. Palate complex and intense blend of mineral aromas; captivating, long, lively, both in the persistence and in the strength of the aromas, mingling with unmissable citrus sensation. A delicate evolution, fine flesh, perfect longevity.
 
Food Pairing: Stimulating with marine or freshwater fish, it also goes well with savoury or fatty meat (goose or pork). Interesting with seasoned and blue cheeses of various kinds and with elaborate first courses.

Characteristic: Fermentation takes place partly in steel and partly in oak vats; delestages and pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation and resting for nearly 6 months in the vats, which helps enrich the complexity and fruitiness of this full-bodied and rigorous wine. Colour fine concentration of ruby and garnet. The olfactory kick is interesting. Pleasing notes of ripe red-berry fruit. Intriguing, unexpected. Pleasing correspondence between nose and palate. Soft, encompassing, with a delicate texture and sophisticated tannins that gives the wine a captivating fullness, making it velvety on the palate.
 
Food Pairing: It can be combined with the most flavoursome meat and is especially pleasing with elaborate first courses and seasoned cheeses.

Characteristic: Most of the grapes are collected in small 4 kg. cases, for withering of around 2 months in a ventilated room. The rest is gathered as the grapes ripen. Long fermentation and fining then follows in barriques and tonneaux. The wine rests for 18 months before bottling. Сolor dense, concentrated, warm and intense mixture of ruby and dark garnet. Mature and elegant, the scent breaks down into fruity and spicy notes. Remarkable sensation of warmth and great variations of sweet tannins, with hints of small red berries. Palate great expressive balance, enveloping. This is a substantial and, at the same time, persuasive wine. On the palate, it displays excellent restraint, softness and continuity. The marked flavour is perfectly integrated with the sweetness of the tannins.
 
Food Pairing: Red meat dishes in general, game, salami and spicy, strongly seasoned cheeses.
