Grape varieties: 94% Glera, 2% Verdiso, 2% Bianchetta, 2% Perera — grapes from old vines aged 80–100 years.
Characteristics: An elegant, persistent perlage immediately captivates the eye, while the complex bouquet reveals aromas of acacia and magnolia, white fruits, and gooseberry. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety: from the very first sip it shows a complex structure enhanced by pronounced acidity and refined salty notes on the finish.
Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif; pairs beautifully throughout the entire meal with fish dishes, white meats, dishes with mushrooms, and vegetable-based pasta/risotto.
Serving temperature: 5–7°C.
