Grape Variety:
Tintilia
Region: Molise.
Grape varieties: 100% Tintilia.
Characteristic: Very intense and complex aroma with an excellent smell of tobacco, leather, pepper, chocolate, coffee. Fruity of jam of black cherries, blackberries and floral of wither rose. Dry, very warm, vey mild but still so fresh due to acidity and very sapid flavor. The tannins are so velvety and well integrated in wine. The wine is full bodied, and well balanced. The peristence is very long and the aftertaste is coherent with all the aromas that we smelt. That means high quality in tasting. It’s good to drink now but it could be great in the next two or three years.
Food Pairing: Grilled meats with truffles and mushrooms, and medium-aged cheeses.
Food Pairing: 16-18°С.
Alcohol: 14,5%.
