Characteristics: The wine has excellent density and great refinement, combining very elegant tannins with a rounded profile. This well-balanced, indulgent, and open wine is best enjoyed over the next five years. The color is bright, rich ruby with light garnet highlights. Its complex and sophisticated aroma includes cherry, raspberry, wild berries, underbrush, spices, and subtle oak nuances. The taste is medium-bodied, dry, elegant, silky, with soft integrated tannins, lively acidity, fruity, mineral, earthy, and delicate woody notes. The finish is long, clean, elegant, and fruit-mineral.
Pairings: Perfectly complements white meat, poultry, mushroom dishes, risotto, and medium-aged cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended 30–60 minutes before serving.
