Grape varieties: Pinot Noir 90%, Chardonnay 7%, Pinot Meunier 3%, sourced from 12 different crus, including Urville, Montagne de Reims and Épernay. The blend may include reserve wines from older vintages, up to 30%.
Tasting notes: Champagne with a deep golden colour. The bouquet is clean and expressive, revealing notes of red fruits, white grapes, peach and quince, complemented by subtle spicy nuances. The palate is well-structured and harmonious, with bright, lively acidity, flavours of ripe and dried fruits, and distinctive quince jelly notes on the long finish.
Food pairing: recommended as an aperitif; also pairs well with foie gras, fruit-based desserts and blue cheeses.
Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
