Characteristic: Distinctly marked bouquet. Reminiscent of acacia flowers. The taste is dry, gentle, full, pleasantly bitterish, with a notable hint of Artemisia.
 
Food Pairing: Suitable for pairings with ham, fresh cheese, first courses with red sauces and white meat. It is best suited with regional dishes like gnocchi with pumpkin, herb risotto (especially nettle risotto), but also stewed snails, goose cooked in various ways, Grado fish soup, lightly smoked trout and shellfish.

Characteristic: Straw-yellow colour tending towards greenish colour. This is a great wine: fine, delicate, with an intense fragrance reminiscent of wild flowers. Bone-dry, fresh, soft, velvety, with a clear hint of bitter almonds, very round, with medium alcohol content and little acidity.
 
Food Pairing: For the Friulian people, this wine is great for all occasions. Excellent as an aperitif served during a stop at the tavern, this wine is traditionally associated with other two typical Friulian elements: Montasio cheese and San Daniele ham. It is also absolutely perfect with all kinds of fresh cheese and first courses.

Food Pairing: Excellent with tagliatelle pasta with game sauce, wild boar stew, goulash, salami with vinegar or donkey meat cooked in red wine.

Straw yellow with slight golden highlights. Delicate and elegant with light aromatic overtones. Notes of spices and ripe fruit enhance the rich and layered bouquet. In the mouth it is vibrant, long, and lingering, with a tasty sapidity and rich aftertaste.
 
Food Pairing: This wine complements appetizers, pastas and risottos, and goes well with seafood dishes. It excels when paired with crustaceans and oven baked fish; also great with white meat dishes.
